Terms & Conditions

1. General

These terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements of Nova Skin Professionals, established in Amsterdam.

2. Definitions

• Seller: Nova Skin Professionals
• Buyer: The professional party entering into an agreement with the Seller
• Products: The equipment and accessories supplied by the Seller

3. Applicability

These terms apply to all quotations, orders and agreements between Nova Skin Professionals and the Buyer, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are exclusive of VAT, unless stated otherwise. Payment must be made within the agreed payment term.

5. Delivery

Delivery times are indicative. Exceeding the delivery time does not entitle the Buyer to compensation or dissolution of the agreement.

6. Warranty

All supplied equipment is covered by the warranty period stated for the product in question. The warranty does not apply in case of improper use or modifications to the product.

7. Liability

The liability of Nova Skin Professionals is limited to the amount of the agreement in question. Indirect damage is not eligible for compensation.

8. Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights relating to the products and services remain the property of Nova Skin Professionals or the respective manufacturers.

9. Applicable law

Dutch law applies to all agreements. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam.
